1. CSCI created “roadmaps” of ONR initiatives showing transition paths for technologies into planned or existing Navy warfighting systems. The CSCI Roadmapping Process provided ONR 31 the ability to increase efficiencies by understanding transition issues and defining technical requirements in a time sequence plan. Schedule alignment, program inter-dependencies, program requirements, budget strategies, and technical risk management can be identified and addressed early in the budget/acquisition process. The interrelated roadmaps represent an aggregation of numerous data sources, and descriptions of technology innovations.

2. CSCI provided an on-scene airborne test director for all Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) test missions and Missile Defense Agency (MDA) range surveillance missions performed by NRL NP-3D aircraft.

Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) Systems Center – Charleston (SSC-CH)

CSCI performed as the test and evaluation agent for new and emerging technologies to determine the potential for transference to operational Navy networks. CSCI assessed the compatibility of various software and hardware technologies to contribute to a “defense-in-depth” approach regarding enterprise security, and to determine the potential for transference to operational Navy networks. CSCI's goal was to substantively improve, in quality and quantity, the reduction in vulnerabilities and risks to the Navy’s critical network assets.
