CSCI recognizes that a wide range of personal problems can affect an employee’s job performance. Examples of such problems include, but are not limited to, alcohol and/or drug abuse, relationship or family distress, emotional difficulties and financial or legal problems. These problems may result in deterioration of job efficiency. CSCI provides its employees, free of charge, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Also offered as an additional service within EAP is the Work Life program. Work Life offers services such as child and elderly care, adoption, advanced education planning, health and wellness, pet services, and convenience services including maintenance, shopping and entertainment.
