What do you like about CSCI’s benefits?
It is very beneficial that employees are able to pick the health plans and pricing options that best fit their needs. The medical plans here all have very good coverage. Having floater holidays that I can select rather than having company-set holidays is wonderful.

What is the life–work balance like at CSCI?
Being able to work part–time, and have flexible hours when necessary, is absolutely invaluable to me. I can “be a mom” in the morning, arrive at work and accomplish my tasks, and “be a mom” again in the afternoon/evening. Of course, it never fails that I start to think about something I need to do during the upcoming work day while I’m brushing my teeth in the morning.
