Capability Management Tool™ (CMT™)
Developed by CSCI in 1999, the CMT is currently managed by CSCI Subject Matter Experts in several customer environments. This dynamic and collaborative data repository is used in support of over twenty agencies/Services. The relational database currently has warfare area specific entries that are organized against specific Systems with associated interface change proposals (ICPs). These data elements include ICP cost items and system funding entries. The CMT has shared data between some customers organized against Events, in Event Categories, with event funding entries, event maturities, event objectives, organizations, event paths, people and event venues. The CMT is separately maintained within several security levels, but with synchronization between levels.
