Those employees who are classified as a regular full-time employee or a regular part-time employee, who is scheduled to work at least thirty (30) hours a week, will enjoy all the benefits CSCI has to offer.
Part-time employees scheduled to work less than thirty (30) hours a week, will enjoy those benefits which are required by law to be afforded to them, provided they meet the minimum requirements set forth by law and in the benefit plan(s).
