Education Assistance

CSCI is committed to its employee’s personal growth; therefore, we feel an individual who possesses a desire to continue his/her education, in addition to performing his or her full-time job, shows a commitment to personal improvement and corporate advancement. To encourage and reward these individuals, CSCI offers an Education Assistance Plan. CSCI strongly endorses the Educational Assistance Plan as a means of building and maintaining CSCI’s reputation for technical excellence and is aimed at improving both the employee’s ability to perform well in their present position and at providing them with the potential to perform more responsible assignments in the future.

Eligible employees may continue their education in a related field and CSCI may reimburse all or part of the registration and tuition costs. Education Assistance is subject to an approval process.
