Health, Dental and Life
CSCI is interested in the health and well-being of all employees and their families and provides a comprehensive health, dental and life insurance program. We provide group insurance underwritten by a national insurance carrier. CSCI and its insurance carrier review the benefit plan annually. The plan is subject to change.
CSCI pays 100% of the premiums for employee life insurance, dental and disability coverage. For those employees who elect medical and prescription drug coverage, CSCI will pay 80% of the premiums; the other 20% is paid by the employee through payroll deduction. For 2010, employees electing either of the high deductible medical plans, the HMO HSA or the PPO HSA, CSCI contributes an additional 15% toward your premium as the Member. For dependent coverage, CSCI pays 75% of the Dependent Medical and Dental premiums and 100% of the family life insurance premium; the employee pays 25% of the dependent medical and dental premiums for eligible dependents through payroll deduction.
