There are several things that make CSCI stand out among other places I have worked. As soon as you step into the lobby and see the painted walls, plants, and the open atmosphere you can see there is something different about CSCI. The differences don’t stop at the physical, however; the open, relaxed atmosphere promotes a great work environment where subject matter experts can share ideas. There is more of a team effort concept here than any other place I have worked.

CSCI puts family first and has always been flexible with regard to their employees’ time. I commute over an hour each way to work, so it is not very easy for me to schedule appointments or be home quickly if needed, but CSCI is very accommodating for me. I have always been able to take time off when needed or even work from home occasionally. CSCI has always worked individually with employees to accommodate special circumstances and I very much appreciate that about CSCI.

CSCI is the most supportive company I have ever worked for in terms of helping its employees reach their professional goals. CSCI listens to the employee and works with them to obtain the proper training and experience that is mutually beneficial to both CSCI and the employee. CSCI rewards motivated individuals and how fast you reach your goals is completely up to the employee.
