Holiday

CSCI observes ten paid holidays and schedules all national holidays on the day designated by common business practice.

CSCI is a diverse company and recognizes that employees may want to take time off for various reasons including those associated with their religious holidays.

If employees are required to work, in support of a client, on a national holiday, holiday hours may be taken at another time.

Vacation

Upon completion of the first six months of service, employees are eligible for vacation. Thereafter, vacation is calculated in accordance with CSCI's schedule and is accrued proportionately during each month (or pay period) of employment.
