CSCI tries to make you feel like a member of a team from the moment that you become an employee, that nothing stands on its own, we work together to accomplish something and we all benefit from it.

CSCI puts us in positions to succeed for our self and our customers and tries to put people in areas that they are comfortable working in and feel they are making a difference for the customer – satisfaction on both parts.

I find myself coming to work each day, not as a job, but as a CSCI employee, wanting to make “things” better today than they were yesterday – whether they are for CSCI or for the customer. When I go home I want to have felt challenged and satisfied that I have accomplished something positive, and I get that challenged, satisfied feeling every day at CSCI. They care about me, professionally and personally, as well as the customer.
