After a full career in the military, I still found the need to serve and do meaningful work. At CSCI, I find both of those needs are met. I know the things I work on today can have as much of an impact as the programs I worked on while in the Army. Our customers come to us with the harder problems, and the teams we put together at CSCI are well respected and up to the challenges.

The organizational culture at CSCI is very professional. I know people throughout the company, many by first name and that makes it a much friendlier place to work. People are ready to help with unique skills throughout the company. In many ways it’s a lot like an extended family. People here care about your success and are helping you achieve all you can.

When I took my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, the company supported my learning and growth in project management and then paid for my certification. I would never have been able to do all this without CSCI’s full support.
