CSCI's Work Environment

CSCI realizes that the average person spends most of his life at the workplace. So, the décor of the office allows employees to experience a more enjoyable and friendly atmosphere while working. This park and nature scenery avoids the stereotypical stodgy, dark, defense contractor or military norm.

First time visitors to CSCI's headquarters are immediately struck with the thought that there is something different about this company. The open spaciousness, supplemented natural light, workspace clusters, and attention to detail in furnishings conducive to open workplace collaborations provide visitors a good first impression that only gets better as they meet the employees. The enthusiasm and helpfulness of the staff does not disguise the fact that serious work is being performed and rules of conduct are being followed.
