To borrow a phrase from Cheers, “Everybody knows your name.” Unlike some bigger companies, the management team is extremely familiar with each of our knowledge, skills and abilities. As a result, you are often hand–picked for a specific task, which always makes you feel you are making a valuable contribution.
What is the life–work balance like at CSCI?
This is the single most thing I enjoy about the company. You are expected to and allowed to do your work, but there never seems to be a meeting or task that is more important than any one individual or family. You always feel like, if necessary, there is help or someone to back you up.
