Andrew Melton
Director, Research and Development
As the Director, Research and Development, Andrew Melton provides a wealth of knowledge, breadth of vision and honed leadership abilities to manage numerous internal and external corporate activities. Prior to joining CSCI, Mr. Melton retired from the Navy as a nuclear-trained submarine officer with heavy experience in Navy operations, including the technical aspects of electronics, communications, mechanical and electrical systems. As a Joint Chiefs of Staff analyst, he participated in many critical research studies under the leadership of the Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Mr. Melton now develops and oversees executable strategies aimed at achieving difficult technical and contractual goals. Thanks to his efforts, CSCI maintains a growing and very satisfied client base.
