Through a professional and intuitive browser–based interface, users are able to easily self–manage their document collections while still maintaining workflows for review cycles and data sharing.

  • Knowledge

    Whether in a traditional "document" or within a database, .WAV file, .MPEG video stream or any other electronic format, organizations need the ability to classify, securely store, search and retrieve information quickly and intuitively. In order to facilitate working with the body of knowledge, Cardinal Collaborate contents are indexed to provide full–text searching of attachments as well as metadata.

  • Document Management

    Cardinal Collaborate delivers document management functionality, including document storage, search and retrieval. This is achieved through the use of dynamic compartments and sub–compartments that are set up and managed by the users to best reflect the organization using it.

  • Workflow

    In addition to document storage, search, and retrieval, Cardinal Collaborate provides a workflow capability that allows routing of documents through review cycles, as well as security reviews when necessary. This means rapid alerts of collaborative requests are handled efficiently, particularly across disparate groups in widely dispersed locations. Email notifications to an external email system allows users to be alerted wherever they have access to email, while still maintaining protected data within the Cardinal Collaborate system.

  • Productivity Tool

    To facilitate inter–and intra–team communications, Cardinal Collaborate provides a consolidated work queue so that workflow activity and actions are reachable from a single location, allowing users to work efficiently across a wide range of duties and organizational structures.

  • Dynamic Teams

    Organizations add and remove team members on a constant basis. Organizations re–organize themselves on a regular basis. Cardinal Collaborate provides flexible compartment management, allowing Communities of Interest to be easily assigned and accesses granted and removed as the organization evolves.

  • Information Exchange

    Whether through full replication for business continuity planning or selective replication for data sharing, Cardinal Collaborate allows configurable data sharing between trusted organizations.
