CSCI's Security Team is a highly professional group of security officers with over 250 years of experience in the various security disciplines. The team is composed of individuals who bring security experience from the military services, other DoD agencies and industry. The team routinely performs duties involving operations security, communications security, security training/education, physical security, personnel security, information security, information assurance and industrial security. Their security expertise includes the handling and protection of varying levels of commercial and government compartmented information. The security team is highly motivated with diverse educational backgrounds, including university degrees, training acquired from the Military Service and Defense Security Service schools and experience gained from years of day-to-day security operations/support. The team’s charter is to be “Value Added”, meaning that they must make recommendations based upon the customer’s larger operational/security environment, provide honest/risk managed security advice and assistance and partner with the customer to maintain an effective overall security program.
