CSCI employs a highly trained and technically diverse group of system administrators charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining mid to large size local area and wide area networks. CSCI’s system administrators have experience within both the commercial and government industries with extensive experience working with the Department of Defense. CSCI Systems Administrators have deployed, supported, and maintained various levels of complex certified systems that require strict adherence to Intelligence and DoD information assurance requirements while also meeting essential operational business needs.
CSCI System Administrators strive to meet the challenging requirements set forth by Department of Defense Directive 8570 which provides the requirements for information assurance professionals who possess privileged accounts on Department of Defense systems. Currently more than 80% of CSCI’s System Administration Group meets the requirement set forth in this directive. In meeting the requirement in Department of Defense Directive 8570. In addition, CSCI Information Assurance personnel have training and experience in accreditations using the DoD Instruction 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF).
