CSCI is currently seeking a dedicated professional with a proven track record of success to join our team. This full-time position supports the USMC. The Program and Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting government personnel with financial execution tasks. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, self-starter (motivated), and team player. Candidates should possess expert level experience working with Microsoft Excel, and must have experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, executive management, and reporting against commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks.

Qualifications:
- Have an active TS/SCI clearance within a 5-year scope.
- Requires 8+ years of experience with government planning, forecasting, program budgeting, funding, executive management, and reporting against commitment, obligation, and expenditure benchmarks.
- Working knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power-Point.
- Some Navy ERP (Navy Accounting System) experience preferred.
Degree:
A high school diploma plus at least 6 years of experience providing administrative, business, and/or financial support OR a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university and 3 years of experience providing administrative, business and/or financial support.
Travel:
Frequent local travel to Arlington, VA.

Minimum Clearance:
Applicants are required to have, at a minimum, a TOP SECRET (TS) clearances with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years.
