CSCI seeks a highly qualified, multi-faceted and experienced full-time Marine Corps Concepts, Analysis, and Training Senior Instructor to provide subject matter expertise in a dynamic new endeavor within our organization to support the US Marine Corps. We are expanding our technical analytical efforts covering a spectrum of warfighter disciplines, primarily within the Multi-Function Air Operations Center (MAOC) environment. The initial efforts will consist of working with Formal Learning Centers (FLC)/ACTS as the MAOC curriculum is being developed, structuring the MAOC Mobile Training Team (MTT) based on the FLC MAOC curriculum, and assisting with training issues requested by the Marine MAOC development commands. Follow on tasking will form a small group of exquisite talent to conduct on-site Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training at worldwide locations throughout the continental United States as well as the western Pacific geographic area.

This position is a remote position with frequent long distance travel.

Responsibilities

The Marine Corps Concepts, Analysis, and Training Senior Instructor primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform duties and tasks as directed in support of Headquarters Marine Corp Aviation, Aviation Expeditionary Enablers Branch (AXE) as a Senior Certified Instructor as part of the MAOC Mobile Training Team.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in working with FLC/ACTS, as the MAOC curriculum is being developed, structure the MTT based on FLC MAOC curriculum and assist with training issues requested by the Marine MAOC development commands.
  • Engage directly with the Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM).
  • Coordinate and communicate activities with team, group, Corporate and customer.
  • Balance Corporate, team, and customer requirements.

Skills - Minimum of 10 Years Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
  • Current Secret Clearance.
  • 10 years of related experience required in the DoD environments. 
  • Direct Air Support Center (DASC) or Tactical Air Operations Center (TAOC) experience.
  • WTI Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to travel to overseas locations for up to two weeks at a time.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be willing to actively communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior military experience preferred, with a specialty in DASC 7208/7242 MOS, or TAOC 7210/7236 MOS experience.

Experience Levels:

LEVEL 1 – requires a minimum of 3 years related experience
LEVEL 2 – requires a minimum of 5 years related experience.
LEVEL 3 – requires a minimum of 8 years related experience.
LEVEL 4 – requires a minimum of 10 years related experience.
LEVEL 5 – requires a minimum of 12 years related experience.
LEVEL 6 – requires a minimum of 15 years related experience.
LEVEL 7 – requires a minimum of 20+ years related experience.
