Cyber Security Resource Manager

Mr. Molina is a seasoned cybersecurity and information technology professional, currently serving as the Resource Manager for the Cybersecurity Team at Computer Systems Center Inc. (CSCI). In this role, he oversees resource allocation, scheduling, appraisals, and training for the cybersecurity team, ensuring optimal performance and continuous professional development.

As the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) on various projects, Mr. Molina leads multiple contracts that provide comprehensive IT and Information Assurance (IA) support. He serves as the primary liaison for IT infrastructure and support in several classified areas, offers Information Assurance guidance to engineers, and contributes to the development of Accredited To Operate (ATO) documentation. Additionally, he conducts system audits and is an active member of the Configuration Control Board.

Mr. Molina is deeply involved in the Security Assessment and Authorization process and the development of cybersecurity program plans. He assists the engineering team with deploying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) updates to CSCI nodes and client systems. Furthermore, he manages the deployment and configuration of critical security tools, such as the SPLUNK auditing tool across various CSCI networks and stand-alone systems.

Earlier in his career at CSCI, Mr. Molina served as an Information Technology Integration Engineer 3. He provided technical support for the DASCAN system, conducted security scans, implemented the WSUS service, and managed the build-out and support of secure networks and workstations for both in-house and client sites. Notably, he was instrumental in creating a SolarWinds playbook for the Marine Corps. His contributions were instrumental in the development and deployment of CSCI’s TII product to various government client sites.

Mr. Molina holds several certifications, including System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), MCSA, MCSE for Windows 2000, and CompTIA Network+.

Before rejoining CSCI, Mr. Molina worked for MacB, where he managed the administration, deployment, and upgrade of a Protection Level 3 (PL3) accredited network for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). He led the Information Systems Administration team, conducted site surveys, coordinated equipment shipment and installation, and provided customer site and end-user support across the National Capital Region.

Mr. Molina began his career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Presidential Helicopter Squadron, HMX-1. In this role, he managed security training for over 50 personnel, coordinated advanced weapons and security awareness training, and ensured the safe

transportation of highly classified documents and dignitaries, including the President of the United States and the Catholic Pope.

With a career marked by dedication, technical expertise, and leadership, Mr. Molina continues to be a vital asset to CSCI, driving the success of its cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of information security and assurance.
