Ms. Amanda Lemmon has held multiple security leadership roles at CSCI since 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Security Services. In this role, she leads a team of security professionals supporting a broad range of service-led Department of Defense (DoD) programs, ensuring continuity of security operations across all client programs and facilities. Her team provides comprehensive security oversight and support to military, government, and contractor sites, with responsibilities that span training, briefings, compliance inspections, standardization, operating procedures, program lifecycle security support, and the implementation of DoD directives.

In collaboration with CSCI Program Managers, she oversees the recruitment, placement, and performance of all security personnel, ensuring every team member delivers exceptional service, meets contractual obligations, and upholds the highest standards of security performance. Ms. Lemmon plays an integral role in aligning all security operations with client requirements, expectations, and standards. She advises CSCI’s corporate leadership and program teams as a Subject Matter Expert on critical program information, physical risk mitigation, insider threat implementation, operational security and multiple levels of security.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Lemmon serves as a Senior Program Security Representative to one of CSCI’s customers.  In this role, she ensures the protection of personnel, facilities, systems, and information. Her work is essential to maintaining program continuity and ensuring all security functions operate in strict accordance with the most current policies and regulatory standards.

Ms. Lemmon is committed to client satisfaction and program integrity, ensuring mission success without impacting cost, schedule, or operational objectives.

She also contributes to CSCI’s business development initiatives by sharing her broad knowledge and experience with the defense security community to build relationships that help government customers and partners achieve their missions. She also brings her expertise to a working group responsible for updating and disseminating new policies in accordance with new government directives.

With over 25 years of experience in both government and private sector security, Ms. Lemmon specializes in comprehensive support, management, and oversight across multiple security layers. She has worked in over five large Program Management Offices, consisting of military, civilian, and contractor personnel, and provided leadership to various security teams across the country. Ms. Lemmon previously served as the Director of Security for a small defense contractor, where she was named employee of the year, and as a Program Manager concentrating on security-related contracts. During this period, Ms. Lemmon managed several contracts exceeding a million dollars, providing management oversight to over 12 employees located in the DC Metro Area, California, and Texas. She has a vast understanding of new business development and understands the needs of a company and its employees.

Ms. Lemmon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
