2007 Training Top 125 presented by Training Magazine
CSCI was recognized by Training Magazine as one of 2007 Training Top companies. Each company was measured on quantitative (75 percent to total score) and qualitative (25 percent to total score) data. There were fundamental questions kept in mind to arrive at the rankings: Is training tied to business objectives? Size of the organization? The number of trainers? Employee turnover and retention? Leadership development? Certification? Dollars spent on training? Percentage of payroll? An outside research and statistical data company, under the guidance of Training magazine, appropriately scored companies on the identified criteria and much more data supplied by companies.
