Secure Facilities as a Service (SFaaS)

Prototypical service providing modern, fully enabled, and secure environments for Multi-Level Security activities

CSCI’s Secure Facilities as a Service (SFaaS) model provides fully operational, accredited spaces with work compartments, conference rooms, and shared areas, delivered as a complete service.

SFaaS supports Multi-Level Security (MLS) activities up to Level 5 (TS/SCI & SAPF), including data, voice, and video. Facilities are designed, constructed, and supported by CSCI, reducing the need for customer-managed facility development and ongoing support.

Facility Delivery & Timeline

CSCI compresses facility delivery timelines to 6-8 months from contract initiation—roughly half the duration of traditional government construction projects. CSCI delivers bespoke, accreditation-ready facilities, including design, permitting, construction, and final accreditation.

This accelerated delivery schedule enables earlier operational capability compared to traditional government construction timelines.

Turnkey Level 5, Fixed Price

SFaaS delivers a complete, turnkey service with clear scope and all-inclusive pricing. All components, from construction to operational support, are included.

The structure reduces procurement complexity, enables customers to budget with certainty, and accelerates acquisition decisions.

On-Site Security & IT Support

Each facility includes dedicated full-time on-site personnel responsible for security, compliance, and IT systems.

Roles include a Contract Program Security Manager, ISSM, ISSO, ISSA/E, and Tier 1 support. Daily operations, access control, and system management are handled on-site.

Co-Use Agreements & Network Flexibility

CSCI coordinates co-use agreements (CUAs) among multiple mission partners, enabling them to share facilities while maintaining separate, secure network signals.

This approach increases workspace capacity, improves access to existing infrastructure, and supports surge operations without additional cost.

Built to ICD 705 & Beyond

CSCI constructs facilities to exceed ICD 705 standards and government security directives, intentionally building to anticipate threats and classification requirements.

This forward-thinking construction approach supports long-term use and reduces the need for major future modifications.

Operational Track Record

CSCI currently supports multiple mission partners using the SFaaS model, including:

  • U.S. Air Force
  • Department of the Navy
  • U.S. Marine Corps
