Lara Coffee of CSCI Named Finalist for the Women in Technology Leadership Awards

SPRINGFIELD, VA. (January 27, 2020) – Lara Coffee, executive vice president, human resources and marketing and communication of CSCI, is a finalist for the 21st Annual Women in Technology (WIT) Leadership Awards in the category of Corporate Small-Market Sector.

The Annual Leadership Awards are a highlight for WIT members and the larger DC technology community. Drawing 500+ attendees, the awards program honors women succeeding in their careers while also mentoring the next generation of leaders.

“I’m thrilled to be recognized as a WIT finalist,” said Coffee. “This award is important because not only does it recognize current leaders, but it also recognizes the valuable role mentorship plays in cultivating the next generation of leaders.”

Coffee has been recognized by the Northern Virginia Technology Council in their Tech 100 list, the Washington Business Journal in their Forty Under Forty list, the Stevie Awards as one of the “Best Executives” and as a Volunteer Fairfax Benchmark Honoree. She also serves as an executive member of CSCI’s Board of Directors.

Awardees will be announced on May 21 at the Sheraton Hotel in Tysons Corner.
