Ms. Yvonne Scanlan is the Resource Manager and Technology Solutions Group (TSG) Manager at CSCI, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Ms. Scanlan’s direct supervisor is CSCI’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and she collaborates directly with the CEO, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President at CSCI as a key contributor in formulating strategic business, and IT goals. Ms. Scanlan leads a group of highly skilled IT and cybersecurity professionals that include software engineers, network and systems security engineers, and information assurance (IA) specialists who provide secure technology solutions for CSCI as well as its clients.
As one of few certified PMPs within CSCI, Ms. Scanlan serves as primary oversight as well as a critical contributor in nearly all IT and IA product/solution development activities providing vision, goals, requirements, project planning, and management throughout the lifecycle of a system or project. Ms. Scanlan is central in providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology solutions that support critical operational processes within the Corporate infrastructure as well as solutions that help the company’s strategic business and I.T. goals and satisfy the ever-increasing requirements of our clients. She is critical in the management of the administrative, budgetary, and personnel requirements of the TSG at CSCI. Ms. Scanlan is responsible for personnel requirements identification and effective growth management of a skilled and efficient I.T. group.
She spent her first nine years at CSCI as a Domino Developer, where Ms. Scanlan supported CSCI’s DoD clients through her Collaborative Worksite development and client support. Ms. Scanlan has worked with information technology systems in many capacities for over 20 years and has obtained certifications in her areas of expertise over the years. Ms. Scanlan has always been an active leader at CSCI, beginning as a Team Leader for internal Software Applications Development and working her way to Product Development Manager and Software Engineering Manager responsible for architecting, designing, and maintaining CSCI’s accredited collaboration product. Ms. Scanlan provided oversight and guidance for the development of various other products that offer CSCI and its clients with configurable processes that manage and provide traceability for business processes in the area of Contracts, HR/Personnel, IT support and Corporate project management and collaboration.
In her leadership role, Ms. Scanlan has managed several complex software development projects and has provided client interface, project schedule management, design and architecture guidance, change management, and requirements specifications to facilitate a full software development lifecycle. Ms. Scanlan has expanded her leadership to encompass the network and systems engineering and IT operations and maintenance division of CSCI’s technical staff as well as its Information Assurance branch. She guides CSCI leadership on business development in the area of Information Technology and IA.
