Virginia Business Magazine’s Inaugural Women in Leadership Awards Spotlights Lara Coffee

SPRINGFIELD, VA. (July 1, 2021) – CSCI is proud to announce that Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Lara Coffee, has been named as one of 30 Women Leaders for Virginia Business Magazine’s Inaugural Women in Leadership Awards!

The COVD-19 pandemic caused a strain on women in the workforce. The total effect of the pandemic on women in leadership roles remains to be seen. Virginia Business Magazine’s Inaugural Women in Leadership Awards could not have come at a more poignant time. Virginia Business’ editor and publishers chose Lara to be in the top 30 from over 200 nominations.

The Virginia Business Women in Leadership Awards represent women based in Virginia that hold significant C-suite or equivalent leadership positions at for-profit businesses. These extraordinary women excel in their careers and mentor other women to follow in their path.
