Women in Technology and the March of Dimes announced the 2007 recipients of its Heroines in Technology Awards. Computer Systems Center Incorporated’s Linda LaRoche, who was among thirteen finalists, was recognized at the seventh annual award’s dinner held at the Hyatt Regency Reston in Reston, Virginia on November 2.
LaRoche was presented with one of three corporate awards and was recognized as a woman in the technology industry who has used her experience, knowledge, and skills to benefit the local community. The black-tie gala honored women and women-run businesses for exemplary commitment to community service and winners were also announced for both individual and lifetime achievement awards.
